BERNACHE CONSEIL is currently looking for trainers in PROJECT MANAGEMENT for its various African training hubs (Abidjan, Dakar, Cotonou, Douala).

Job Description
As a consultant in charge of training in one of the hub countries, your mandate will consist in developing and giving training on request to various institutional and private clients, as well as general public training to cohorts of professionals from different organizations.

You will be in close contact with the Canadian head office which will validate the orientations of each training course and provide you with administrative support and assist you as needed with the technical expertise required for certain training courses.

Your tasks will consist of:
• Set up educational tools
• Design and run the various training modules
• Deliver training to clients in groups ranging from 5 to 30 people (average 15)
• Develop post-training assessment processes and materials
• Follow up on training.

Required profile
- Hold a Bac + 3 or more, in project management, commerce, industrial engineering, management or any relevant field
- Have at least 7 years of practical experience in project management
- Have an interactive pedagogy and know how to combine theory and practice
- Have a good knowledge of computer tools, in particular Microsoft World, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have advanced knowledge of the MS Project tool or any equivalent software
- Have good references in training
- Be able to design and run training content
- Be an excellent communicator
- To be dynamic
- Have a sense of thoroughness and a sense of responsibility
- Be punctual and respectful of the commitments made
- Others: Project management certifications such as PMP or others, can be considered as assets
- Another asset: ability to travel to the various African hub countries (Abidjan, Dakar, Cotonou, Douala).
